Stephen is known for his vibrant personality, business mindset, and passion for life in the outdoors.   As a former professional in the travel and leisure industry, Stephen has gained priceless knowledge in what people want when traveling and has refined innovate practices in top-tier customer service to provide it.  With unprecedented outdoor experiences in the area, Stephen enjoys curating adventures for Headwaters’ homeowners when they are in-house. It isn’t uncommon for him to take to the slopes and share a few of his secret powder stashes with families under the Headwaters umbrella.

Rochelle is our newest Montana recruit, arriving in 2021, but her fresh enthusiasm for Big Sky is infectious. She leads the guest relations arm of the business as well as coordinates projects with third party technicians to ensure our homeowners never have to worry about the state of their homes.
